Costs Associated with Enterprise Performance Management




An award-winning pharmaceutical executive based in Alpine, New Jersey, John Klein founded Cambridge Therapeutics and Bi-Logix, LLC, in 2011 and 2015, respectively (both located in Alpine, NJ). Bi-Logix, LLC, is an enterprise performance management (EPM) firm that helps companies obtain sustainable measured performance via its proprietary business solutions and methodology, which is copyrighted by John Klein.

EPM solutions help businesses improve their IT infrastructure and increase overall corporate efficiency, which, in turn, helps them cut costs and increase revenue. While there are costs associated with EPM implementation, its long-term benefits significantly outweigh the impact of short-term spending.

In addition to paying for EPM software licensing and maintenance, businesses might also have to budget costs for database software to help run the EPM. Other costs that might be accrued include the maintenance and upgrading of hardware, as well as fees for third-party integrators and potential stoppages in day-to-day operations.
